At Cumbres, every coffee bean is handpicked with love. We’re coffee growers and exporters with six farms in Ciudad Bolívar, Antioquia.
We care deeply about our pickers, our team, and the environment. Thanks to our regenerative farming practices, our crops are healthy and thriving. We also support coffee-growing families across Colombia by providing fair jobs and long-term partnerships beyond our own farms.

Our Lab Team
Behind every cup of Cumbres coffee, there’s a passionate lab team making it all possible. Our crew includes Q Graders, baristas, engineers, and biologists—all working together to ensure exceptional quality. They’re in charge of cupping, scoring every lot under SCA standards, and developing new profiles that highlight the unique flavors of our origins. From fermentation experiments to flavor mapping, they’re the brains and senses behind our coffee’s identity.
Our Marketing Team
They’re the strategists behind Cumbres’ image. Their mission is to show the world who we are—building an authentic, consistent brand with a long-term vision. From design to communication, they bring our purpose to life, sharing the heart of Cumbres: coffee grown with love and projected with impact.
Our Sales Team
They take Cumbres to the world—USA, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Oceania, and beyond. Camila is in charge of the USA, Giovanna leads Europe, Alejandro handles the Middle East and China, and Liliana takes care of Asia. They’re passionate about sharing high-quality Colombian coffee and building meaningful relationships along the way. With knowledge, heart, and a big smile, they’re always ready to support clients, wherever they are.

They are responsible for every step of the coffee process, from managing the harvest to taking care of the soil, ensuring environmental sustainability, and prioritizing the well-being of our pickers.
