ABOUT THIS FARM
Our farm with the greatest historical significance, the place where our roots were born more than 100 years ago, in the valley of the Farallones del Citárá, a few coffee trees wove the history that today they carry with honor to all of us who work in the summits. Diversity of fruit trees and a few traditional coffee varietals together with coffees with more complex profiles make it a unique place to visit.
Our regenerative agriculture practices, the processing plant for the different varietals where we implement natural processing processes, Honey, washing, co-fermentations with endemic fruits and coffee improvement with microbiology make this farm one of our most brilliant treasures.
